On a pillar in HQ.

I feel like finally, finally this generation is seeing change in the world and we can thank social media and when social media is put to good use it totally warms my heart.

You have no idea. This had been sitting in my drafts for months. Just waiting for the moment I could post this.
And today I feel it’s safe to say. A good fucking life. That’s what you’re doing to me, and I can’t express in words how happy that makes me and how thankful I am.

doctor who rewatch ♣ 3.12 the sound of drums

It’s pretty much RULE that my companions watch Doctor Who with me - even if I have to introduce it to them and turn them into fangirls. IT’S THE RULE THAT DOESN’T FAIL AND WHEN SOMEONE NEW COMES ALONG AND SAYS “WANNA WATCH DOCTOR WHO?” I don’t have to think twice because Doctor Who is always interesting and watching with a companion is the best thing ever and me having a guy propose that to me is like BEST. THING. EVER. the end.

"When an Anti-Flag show ends and the air clears, the feeling of unity between the people in the room is hard to describe. This is because an Anti-Flag show is a space where everyone matters. A place where everyone should have an equal opportunity to have fun and rock out, regardless of every petty bullshit clash that people deal with in every day life. Our show is more than a rock event; it is a coming together of people. A place that people can leave feeling as if this world has a chance because the people they encounter in the room will remind them that there are still good people in this world. That’s what I’m reminded of every time I play an Anti-Flag show, and that’s why after all of the blood, sweat and tears I’ve put in, I’m still performing."

Tom: Hal, do the eyes and the teeth and whatever you do.
Hal: What? I am not a performing monkey.
Tom: Hal, stop being such a wally.

Hal: I’m a vampire, he’s a werewolf, any questions?

Hal: Sorry, it’s just, umm, a private joke. We’re actually both quite dark in our own little ways.
Tom: Well he’s darker than me, I’m dark occasionally.

"You don’t know who I am so,
You cannot get close to me,
And I don’t know who you are,
So just leave me alone.
I know you can’t believe
The anxiety you’re causing me,
And I know you can’t believe
Your fake compassion I don’t need.
Get away from me,
You’re standing too close.
Keep your hands off of me.
Keep away from me,
Just leave me alone,
Who said you could touch me anyway?
Don’t try to rub my shoulders,
And don’t try to hold my hand.
Don’t try to give me a fucking hug.
You crawl on me as if I were your very best of friends.
I don’t even know your name.
Get away from me,
You’re standing too close.
Keep your hands off of me.
Keep away from me,
Just leave me alone,
Who said you could touch me anyway?
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8!"
